By creating an account, accessing, or utilizing the Medsy platform at medsy.me or app.medsy.me, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations governing medical practice software.

2. Medical Software & Clinical Disclaimer

Medsy provides practice management, electronic health record (EHR) organization, and AI-assisted workflow software.

• Clinical Judgment: Medsy and its AI copilot are clinical administrative tools and decision-support systems. They do not replace professional medical judgment, diagnosis, or treatment decisions by licensed healthcare providers.
• Provider Responsibility: Licensed healthcare providers retain sole responsibility for reviewing, validating, and finalizing all medical diagnoses, prescriptions, and patient treatment plans generated or documented within Medsy.

3. User Accounts & Security

Healthcare organizations and staff are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, multi-factor authentication setup, and role-based permissions granted to staff members within their clinic workspace.

4. Availability & SLA

Medsy strives for 99.9% high availability across our cloud infrastructure. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance, and real-time operational status is available on the system status dashboard.

5. Termination & Data Portability

You may terminate your Medsy account at any time. Upon termination, Medsy enables full export of your clinic's EHR records and patient data in standard industry formats (JSON, CSV, PDF) in compliance with HIPAA medical record retention laws.
